Jubilee Centre Piece:
Lemon and Raspberry and white chocolate sponge to create a pink lemonade flavoured sponge! It had union jack style pipe icing and forest fruit decroations. It also has royal ciing stars and union jack decorated meringues.
All the profit from this bake went to East Midlands Dog Rescue in honour of her majesty's Corgis!
